How Do I plan a Service?
tJCC will teach you the structure of how to put together a Friday night, Saturday morning and Havdalah service..
Those who take the workshop by the end will have the skills to
- Know the order of a friday night, saturday morning and Havdalah service
- How to set up for each of the services and what items are required
- How to work with clergy and other peers when leading
- Know some basic tunes for each song and prayer for the services
- and more!*
How to be a Song leader?
tJCC Will come in and help future song leaders hone their skills and practice. By the end each teen will be able to song lead in front of a group or congregation.
Those who take the workshop by the end will have the skills to
- Know the "Body" of song leading
- Song lead your basic song session
- Song lead prayers during a service
- Command a group/congregation
- Know the difference between song leading for K-12 and up
- Work with other songleaders
- and more!*
Youth Group retreat weekend
tJCC will come out for the weekend with the local teen youth group and do the following;
- Friday night services
- Friday night song session
- Saturday morning services
- Saturday afternoon program*
- Saturday night Havdallah
- Saturday night song session and/or concert
- and more!*

tJCC will come out for the weekend and do the following;

- Saturday afternoon program with temple youth group/ interested songleaders
- Saturday night Havdallah

- Sunday morning singing fun with the Sunday School kids*
HOW DO I PLAY Guitar?
tJCC can also help you learn how to play guitar with 30 minutes guitar lessons.*
